The running internship program provides structured, hands-on learning opportunities in various roles such as instructor, Social media management, ICT Lab management, event and project coordination and more. Interns are actively involved in tasks like digital content creation, workshop facilitation, and instructing support for students under the Rupantor ICT Lab and Shwapno-Chaka Project. Through these activities, participants gain exposure to real-world work environments while contributing to the foundation’s ongoing initiatives in education and social welfare.

To encourage excellence, ACT Foundation has introduced a merit-based evaluation system, where outstanding performers may be considered for future employment opportunities within the organization. Alongside practical experience, interns will receive official certificates, mentorship, and career guidance to enhance their professional growth. The program also fosters teamwork, leadership, and responsibility among participants—skills essential for personal and professional advancement.
The Internship Program marks a significant step in ACT Foundation’s journey toward empowering the next generation of community leaders. By combining education with practical engagement, the initiative strengthens local capacity and contributes to sustainable social transformation in Madaripur. This effort reaffirms ACT Foundation’s unwavering commitment to advancing education, livelihoods, and youth empowerment across its core projects, including Rupantor ICT Lab and Shwapno-Chaka.
